Flatulence is an uncomfortable, inconvenient and irritating problem, and is often caused by the foods we consume. Our digestive system simply reacts to a food it finds unfavorable. There are many options available for curing this problem.

Instructions

1. Mix a couple teaspoons of baking soda in a full cup of water. Add a little lemon juice and water and drink the mixture quickly.

2. Try warm milk and castor oil if you have heavy cramping that accompanies your flatulence. Simply warm up a glass of milk and add a dash of castor oil.

3. Try sugarcane and lemon juices. If you have an ongoing problem with flatulence, drink a cup of sugarcane juice with a couple teaspoons of lemon juice and a dash of salt. Drink this mixture a couple times a day to keep flatulence at bay.

4. Treat chronic flatulence with a cinnamon mixture. Boil water and steep cinnamon leaves in it. Drain the leaves and drink warm.
