Regrow Hair With Plants & Herbs

Regrow Hair With Plants & Herbs

Hair loss is a common problem among men of all ages. There are many traditional treatments for the condition, such as hair plugs and prescription medications. However, many people are turning to more natural methods to regrow lost hair. Some of these methods have been passed down from antiquity and can garner real results by using plants and herbs.

Instructions

1. Crush parsley seeds in a coffee grinder until they are a fine powder. Apply the dry powder to the scalp. Allow the seed powder to remain in the hair overnight. Brush out thoroughly upon waking. Repeat this treatment once per month to stimulate hair growth.

2. Steep 1 tsp. dried nettle leaves in 1 cup boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain and apply the resulting tea to the hair. Comb through the hair in the opposite direction of hair growth. Perform this treatment daily to encourage the hair to grow.

3. Simmer 1 dozen artichoke leaves in 1 cup of boiling water for several minutes. Allow the mixture to stand for several hours. Strain and store in a labeled, lidded jar in the refrigerator. Massage the liquid into the scalp each night before bed to make the hair grow thick.

4. Steep 1 tsp. dried catnip in 1 cup boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain into a plastic bottle. Add ¼ cup apple cider vinegar and 2 to 3 drops lavender essential oil. Shake well to combine. Use as a hair rinse after shampooing to stimulate circulation of the scalp and improve hair growth.

5. Boil 1 tsp. chopped marshmallow root in 1 cup white cooking wine for several minutes. Allow the mixture to steep for 1 hour. Strain and massage into the scalp. This treatment can be performed daily to promote new hair growth.
