Do A Parasite Cleanse Without Drugs

Parasites can invade any internal organ of the body and are contracted from walking barefoot, eating food that was not properly cleaned and cooked, such as eating raw fish and undercooked meats, or from contact with infected people and animals. There are several effective herbal and plant extracts that eliminate parasites including green pumpkin seed, garlic, wormwood, mugwort, male fern and black walnut.

Instructions

1. Consider if your symptoms warrant an exam by an integrative physician or an herbalist of if they are so minor that you believe a commercial parasite cleanse will suffice. Do not self-diagnose: if you have a serious health condition, consult with your physician.

2. Begin by performing a kind of self-inventory to determine if you might have parasites. Common symptoms include grinding teeth (bruxism), irritability, itching and rashes near the ear, nose, mouth or anus, a voracious appetite, weight loss, body odor or intestinal bleeding. If you allow your pets to sleep on your bed and they have not been regularly treated for parasites, you may have further exposed yourself to additional parasites.

3. Purchase herbs and foods that are used for parasite cleansing, including black walnut, wormwood, garlic and castor oil. If you are sensitive to alcohol or prefer to not ingest it, check labels for alcohol-free tinctures that are suspended in glycerin instead.

4. Take several gelatin or veggie caps and fill them with castor oil and freeze them. Take three every morning and every night. This is a way to loosen the parasite nests and eggs. Follow the directions for the wormwood and clove oils, as each manufacturer will provide a different potency. If you are doing a parasite cleanse of 3 to 7 days, take a mild laxative made from senna leaves or Cascara sagrada to cleanse the parasites from your system.

5. Maintain a detoxification diet that will support your parasite cleanse. Eat mainly whole foods that are not highly processed. These include whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains and easily digested proteins. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, refined sugars, refined flour and any junk food. Eat lightly.

6. Consume fresh garlic daily with your meals. Consider adding blue-green algaes and plant-based supplements that will support your parasite cleanse. These include chlorella, barley grass, wheatgrass juice and any freshly extracted vegetable juices. Hydrate well between meals with filtered water. A common side effect of taking anti-parasitic herbs is increased thirst.
