Make Garlic Juice

Raw Garlic

Garlic is known for its incredible health properties and is a natural antibiotic. Many health-conscious individuals and naturalists take garlic juice periodically to help maintain a healthy body.

One of the best ways to get the benefits of garlic is to drink the juice. Dried capsule products are inferior to raw garlic, which maintains maximum healing properties of garlic. Here's make garlic juice.

Instructions

1. Peel a head of garlic, or more if you want to make a large amount of garlic juice at once.

2. Process the garlic cloves in a food processor or blender until pureed. In the absence of a food processor, you can simply crush with a garlic press, over a small bowl.

3. Pour garlic puree through the mesh strainer into a small bowl. Scrape the sides with a rubber spatula to retrieve all juices. Press the garlic through the strainer with the spatula. Discard pulp left in the strainer.

4. Pour garlic puree from small bowl through the coffee filter for further straining. Allow it to filter until it stops dripping; you can speed up the process by pressing the puree gently with your spatula.

5. Refrigerate your homemade garlic juice in a glass container. Avoid plastic both for health reasons and because it will be very difficult to remove the garlic odor from a plastic container.
