Information on the Nutrisystem Diet Plan

The Nutrisystem Diet Plan is one of many diet plans on the market. You have to eat prepackaged food with this plan, which you purchase through Nutrisystem. However, you add in your own fruits, vegetables and dairy. It is always a good idea to check with your doctor before starting any diet plan to make sure it is the right one for you.
