The large size has 406 calories, 9 g fat, 46.9 g carbs and 32.1 g protein. The regular size has 230 calories, 5.6 g fat, 23.9 carbs and 19.9 g protein.


4. Compliment your meal with a Quizno's soup item. The Pumpkin Soup and the Tomato and Basil Soup are low in fat and calories. The Pumpkin Soup in regular size has 121 calories, 3.6 g fat, 18.2 g carbs and 3.9 g protein. The Tomato and Basil Soup in regular size has 96 calories, 4.3 g fat, 10.7 carbs and 2 g protein.
