Use A Reflexology Foot Mat

Walking on a foot reflexology mat is a very simple form of exercise. It involves walking barefoot on a mat with a raised surface simulating pea gravel or cobblestones. The concept dates back to Chinese medicine, where gravel walkways were used to heal organs, muscles and glands, plus produce a sense of calm, clarity, and vitality in its practitioners.
