Deal With Difficult Performance Problems

Many men will deal with difficult performance problems sometime in their life. These problems include not being able to ejaculate, retrograde ejaculation where the semen goes into the bladder instead of out of the penis and the inability to keep an erection once one has occurred. This may make him feel like less of a man and leave him wondering cope.

1. See a doctor to find out if there are any solutions to your performance problems. Difficult performance problems may be caused by a serious illness, such as kidney disease or diabetes. If you think you are having performance problems, it is best to see your doctor right away to rule out any of these conditions. Medications or surgical procedures may be able to help problems like not being able to get an erection or premature ejaculation.


2. Take up an activity or hobby that will help you deal with stress and anxiety in your life. Doing so will help you relax and may improve difficult performance problems if they are being caused by psychological issues.


3. Seek counseling through a support group. Talking to others who have similar issues will help you realize that you are not alone and help you deal with it better.








4. Educate yourself about sexuality and performance problems. By doing so, you will learn how sexuality works, what is involved in sexual performance and alternatives to get pleasure. You can find this information in certain books and online publications.


5. Talk to your partner about your difficult performance problems. Often, men will feel guilt or shame about not being able to perform well in the bedroom. By talking to your partner, you will let her know what it's like for you and talk about how she feels.
