Tie A Mesh Body Sponge

A mesh body sponge exfoliates and cleanses your skin. When you make your own mesh body sponges, you save money, but knowing tie them properly ensures whether or not they last long. Learn tie a mesh body sponge so that you can create them in different shapes and sizes without compensating for usability.

Instructions

1. Snip a segment of mesh fiber that measures 4 feet by 4 feet. Cut the segment into eight pieces that are 2 feet by 2 feet. Stack the strips on top of one another evenly.

2. Grasp either end of the stacked mesh strips. Tie the stack of material into one single knot in the middle.

3. Fold the knotted structure in half, bundling the frayed ends together with the knotted center at one end.

4. Snip a length of cotton braided cord measuring 10 inches.

5. Tie the length of cord around the mesh structure, just above the knot. This further secures the mesh body sponge. Tie the dangling ends of the rope together to close it off into a wrist cord.

6. Spread out the ruffled edges of the mesh sponge to conceal the knotted bottom in the center of the sponge.
