Most teens carry a lot of questions about what happens to their body during puberty. Most girls start to menstruate between ages 12-14. If you have not begun yours by then, avoid assuming there is something wrong with you. No real signs precede the onset of menstruation. It happens when it happens. Embrace it as a good thing.

Girls compare their breasts like boys compare their penises. Breast development is dependent on genetics and little can be done to help the process along. Embrace your breast size and growth as normal and beautiful. Avoid negative comparison with other females. Acknowledge your strengths whether they are in the breast department or elsewhere.
