Get All the Power Gems in Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Collect all the power gems in "The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass" and you'll be able to restore the spirit Leaf's power. With this power equipped, Link can charge up his sword and use it to battle powerful phantoms. You'll need to collect a total of 20 power gems, scattered about the various islands in the game.
Instructions
1. Buy a power gem for 500 rupees from the shop on Mercay Island.
2. Clear the Temple of Fire on the Isle of Amber, and then go to Astrid's house--to receive a power gem as a reward.
3. Use a bomb flower to destroy the wall on the far left of the Bomb Garden Cavern on Cannon Island, in order to find a hidden room with a power gem.
4. Use the air geysers on the Isle of Gust to reach the ledge on the far left of the island, in order to reach a chest containing a power gem.
5. Find a power gem in the room filled with sandworms on floor B2 of the Temple of Wind.
6. Talk to Oshu on Mercay Island after completing the Temple of Wind, in order to receive another power gem.
7. Use a bomb to blast open the cracked wall to the east of The Temple of the Ocean King--to find a hidden power gem.
8. Take out the three phantom eyes on level B4 of The Temple of the Ocean King to receive a power gem.
9. Use a bomb to blast open the cracked wall in the northwest corner of the first room on floor 1F of the Temple of Courage, in order to find a hidden power gem.
10. Shoot both wall-mounted eyes in the room with the floating blocks on floor 1F of the Temple of Courage, in order to get another power gem.
11. Go to the southeast room on floor B3 of the Temple of the Ocean King. Stand on the platform to shoot the wall-mounted eye and then quickly run to the timed treasure chest to get a power gem (listen to the ticking sound: as it speeds up, time is running out).
12. Go back to the maze on Goron Island after passing through it once. Enter through the south exit. You'll find a power gem at the end of the corridor.
13. Use the grappling hook to cross the pegs to the east of the Temple of Ice. Head south, and then use your grappling hook to cross another gap, before heading south again to a power gem.
14. Go to Ramanos's father's hideout on Molida Island and follow the ledges eastward. Use the grappling hook to cross the last chasm and reach a platform with a chest holding a power gem.
15. Use your grappling hook to head to the far east end of Spirit Island to find a power gem.
16. Find the peg near the dock on Bannan Island. Across the water you'll see an island with a treasure chest. Grapple to it to retrieve a power gem.
17.Jump onto the peg in the northwest corner of floor B7 of The Temple of the Ocean King. Use your grappling hook to hit the purple orb across the gap. This triggers a treasure chest containing a power gem.
18. Go to the Isle of the Dead and find the sacred tree on the island's chin (you can see the face shape when looking at your map). Walk 13 paces west from this tree and then seven paces north. Use your shovel to dig a hole at this spot, revealing a secret cave. Blast away at the cracked wall to find another power gem.
19. Enter the maze on the Isle of Ruins after lowering the water level. Work your way to the northeast corner to find a power gem.
20. Collect every pure metal (clear the first three temples) to receive the final power gem in the mail from King Mutoh.
