Body odor is an embarrassing occurrence. It can ostracize you from your friends, classmates, teammates and crushes. A mild odor from time to time is normal. But a strong and foul stench that seems to escape from your body frequently is not. It could be a result of your sanitation habits or diet.
Instructions
1. Bathe once a day. Scrub for at least three to five minutes all over your body. Even scrub those hard to reach places. Use plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Make sure to dry off completely and put some nice, mildly scented lotion on.
2. Use deodorant every day. It shouldn't be too strong or musky, and you should apply it to dry armpits. If you put on cologne, too, make sure it doesn't clash with your deodorant or lotion.
3. Change your clothes once you have broken a sweat in them. Don't let the sweat dry on you. Also, just change clothes every day in general, especially your underwear and socks. Wear cotton clothing or breathable fabrics.
4. Eat foods that don't have strong spices such as curry, onion, garlic or cumin. Try eating more greens and spinach, and chew on mint garnishes or parsley.
5. Cut out the alcohol and caffeine in your life, as they can contribute to amplified sweat production. Stress can also cause excess sweating as well as bad breath. Try relaxing with some aromatherapy or a nice massage.
6. Brush your teeth at least twice a day. If you smoke, quit smoking.
