4. Get up an walk around if none of the previous steps worked. It is worse lying in bed miserable than getting up and moving around. You should only associate your bed with peaceful rest. If you are not at peace, move around until your feel more comfortable. Your body cannot learn sleep well in your bed if you are constantly uncomfortable.
