Use Acp Nite White

ACP Nite White is a carbamide peroxide teeth bleaching gel that comes in various percentages. The higher the percentage, the greater the strength. The ACP refers to the amorphous calcium phosphate that has been added to the gel to decrease tooth sensitivity. Depending on the strength of the gel, there is a recommended time and frequency that the teeth can be bleached. The only side effect is tooth sensitivity that is not harmful to the teeth, but causes discomfort.

Instructions

1. Brush before bleaching. Teeth that are clean are the most effectively and efficiently whitened. It is also recommended to floss.

2. Test the trays before adding the whitening gel to see if the fit is comfortable and proper. If the trays were created by a dentist based on the mold of the teeth, the trays should fit perfectly. If they do not fit or are uncomfortable, the dentist may need to reorder. If the trays are generic, boil water. Once the water is boiled, place it into a bowl that is at least four inches deep. Let cool for four minutes. Generic trays often have a tab, so use this tab to dip the top tray into the water for five seconds, then place the tray into the mouth. Place the tongue on the roof of the mouth and suck the air out of the tray while biting down. This molds the tray to the contours of the teeth. Repeat with the bottom tray.

3. Apply a small amount of gel to the front surface of the tray (not more than halfway up the tray) that would line up with the front of each tooth. Do not overfill, as the gel tends to spread.

4. Place the trays into mouth and gently bite down to make sure the trays are all the way in. If gel leeches over the sides wipe the excess off of the gums.

5. Remove the trays after the designated time has elapsed and brush the excess gel off of the teeth and rinse thoroughly with water. Clean, dry and store the trays. Do not place trays near heat or direct sunlight.
