Herbal Aromatherapy Bath Oil








1. Put all of the ingredients in the glass jar and seal the lid tightly.


2. Shake the jar until the ingredients are thoroughly blended.


3. Pour the aromatherapy bath oil into the dark colored bottle and store in a cool place.


4. Add several drops to warm bath water. Soak for at least 20 minutes.


Fresh Blossom Aromatherapy Bath Oil


5. Fill the glass jar with the fresh flower blossoms.


6. Heat enough extra virgin olive oil or sweet almond oil to coat the blossoms in the jar.








7. Cover the jar with cheesecloth or unbleached muslin and put the jar in a sunny window to set for at least three days.


8. Stain the aromatherapy bath oil through cheesecloth or unbleached muslin laid in a strainer.


9. Pour the aromatherapy bath oil into a dark colored bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
