Find the Ingredients
Many ingredients can be ground into a juice or paste, which can then be applied to the mole and absorbed by the skin. It's best to first look through your kitchen pantry to see what you have available on hand. Many acidic fruits and vegetables will work for mole removal. Pineapple, fig leaves, cauliflower, garlic, vinegar, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar (preferably organic) and iodine are all good options to choose from.
Start the Removal Procedure
Thoroughly clean the mole and surrounding area of skin. Wash the area with warm water to remove any dirt, bacteria, makeup, lotion or sweat.
Pick just one item from the list above. If you're using the vinegar, oil or iodine, you're ready to go. If you decide to use pineapple, fig leaves, cauliflower or garlic, you will need to mash it into a paste until you have about two teaspoonfuls. Do not combine any of these ingredients, use just one product at a time.
After you have chosen your ingredient and prepared it for application, use a cotton ball to apply the paste or liquid to the mole and surrounding area, and refrigerate the remainder of your mixture.
Repeat this application as often as possible, preferably every few hours, or leave it on overnight if you are unable to reapply throughout the day. You can easily place a bandage over the mixture to prevent it from rubbing off onto your clothes or pillow. If you cover the mole, check it periodically, as the acid in these ingredients will slightly "burn" off the layer of skin that contains the mole. It is common to experience a bit of irritation throughout this process, but if pain occurs, stop using the ingredients. Repeat this process for up to one week, or until you see results.
Visit a Doctor
Some moles may be unresponsive to common household remedies, and may require a small surgery to remove. If the mole begins to change shape or color, see a doctor immediately, as this may be a more serious condition known as melanoma. This is a form of cancer can be deadly if not caught at an early stage.
