The listed ingredients for Zylene include chromium, resveratrol, bioperine, cissus quadrangularis, caralluma fimbriata, hoodia gordonii, garcinia cambogia, gymnema sylvestre, eleutherococcus senticosus, coix seed, poria cocos, cassia seed, lotus leaf, water plantain rhizome, cumquat, mulberry leaf, methionine, green tea, pyruvate and banaba leaf.
Types of Side Effects
Many of the herbs in Zylene have the potential to cause gastrointestinal side effects like gas, diarrhea and nausea, including garcinia, green tea, pyruvate and chromium. Both chromium and garcinia sometimes cause headaches, while eleutherococcus senticosus may lead to drowsiness, anxiety and muscle spasms.
