Remove Warts With Amino Acid

Warts are caused by a virus--not by touching frogs.

Contracting the dreaded "common wart" can be an embarrassing experience. Caused by the human papilloma (HP) virus, the common wart cannot be prevented; it can only be treated when visible on the skin's surface layer. The HP virus causes a cluster of cells to develop in one specific area on the skin, and produces a rough, scaly-like, circular bump--a wart. Amino acids, essential molecules found in many foods, are often used in the treatment of the common wart. Supply your body with amino acids to aid your immune system against the HP virus to be rid of the common wart.

Instructions

Garlic Clove Wart Removal

1. A clove of garlic

Slice ½ of a garlic clove into one sliver. Place the remaining garlic clove inside a plastic storage baggie, and store inside the refrigerator to keep it fresh. Garlic contains anti-oxidant and anti-viral properties due to its sulfur-rich natural compound, allicin. Allicin has the ability to sterilize and destroy harmful bacteria. This is accredited to the amino acid "alliin," from which allicin originates.

2. An adhesive bandage

Position the garlic sliver flat against your wart and secure it with an adhesive bandage.

3. Allow the garlic sliver to remain on your wart for 12 hours daily--only removing when bathing or replacing the garlic sliver and adhesive bandage. Replace the garlic sliver twice daily to avoid infection.

4.

Amino Acids around the Table

5. A yummy whole chicken

Consume amino acid-rich foods. Aside from topical amino acid treatments such as the garlic applications, internal amino acid therapy can be just as beneficial, if not more. Foods such as raw peanuts, almonds, chicken, fish, eggs and asparagus contain high levels of essential amino acid molecules that cannot be produced inside the human body--only absorbed through certain foods.

6. A glass of milk

Get your daily dose of calcium and amino acids with milk. Drinking an 8-oz. glass of whole milk daily can provide your body with 0.14 grams of the amino acid threonine. Threonine is an amino acid that produces the essential protein collagen, which aids the body's immune system to prevent and treat viral infections.

7. A healthy lunch incorporating amino acid rich foods

Incorporate these amino acid-rich compounds into your daily diet to assist the fight against the HP virus in general. Specifically, follow a high amino acid-content diet for three to six weeks to rid your body of the HP virus that is responsible for warts.
