When you hear about a heart attack, you might think of sharp chest pain or pain down your left side. Though there are other heart attack symptoms to watch out for, many are ignored. Would you know if you were having a heart attack?
Symptoms in Women
Heart attack symptoms include shortness of breath, weakness or unusual fatigue, pain or discomfort in your stomach, nausea, vomiting or dizziness.

Male symptoms include sharp chest pain, slight discomfort or feeling like someone is squeezing your chest. You may have pain or discomfort throughout your body, breathlessness, dizziness, nausea, sweating or pain in your stomach like acid reflux or indigestion pain.
