Take Trivora at the same time every day.
Trivora-28 is an oral contraceptive, often prescribed as a generic alternative to Triphasil. When taken properly, Trivora is effective at preventing pregnancy and can reduce the number of days your menstrual period lasts. It can also diminish side effects associated with your period, including cramping and muscle aches. A combination pill, Trivora doses include the hormones levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol. Pills come in rectangular blister packs that contain 28 pills each -- composed of three active phases and a fourth, placebo phase.
Instructions

6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for each new packet while using Trivora-28 as your contraceptive.
First-Day Start

For example, if your menstrual period begins on a Wednesday, apply the label that begins with "Wed." Labels are included with pill packets. If your period begins on a Sunday, skip this step.
