Colon Cleanse With Saline

If you don't have enough fiber in your diet or you eat a lot of meat and cheese, it's important to keep your colon in tip-top shape. Such foods can harden and block your bowels. Instead, eat a high-fiber diet to ensure that your system is clean; such foods include fibrous fruits and veggies like broccoli, spinach and apples to keep things moving, as well as seeds, nuts and whole grains. It's also a good idea to colon cleanse with saline every so often. This cleanse works because the salt and water have the same gravity as blood, allowing it to pass through the system and effectively clean it out without retaining the salt in the cells. It's easy and a great way to keep your insides clean.

Instructions

1. Do the saline cleanse first thing in the morning to get your bowel system moving. It's also great to cleanse in conjunction with a raw-food diet. The raw-food diet includes raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Choose an amount of time that you feel comfortable doing the saline cleanse and raw-food combination. Being realistic about the outcome, choose anywhere from 2 to 10 days.

2. Mix 1 tsp. of sea salt per qt. of water. The mixture should be lukewarm (using the warmer water from the tap). Drink in one sitting and not over a period of time.

3. Stay close to a toilet after drinking the solution. The solution should begin to effectively cleanse your system.
